Specially, the study focused the relationship between quality management training and organizational performance in hotels in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, the relationship between quality standard and organizational performance in hotels in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State and the relationship between human resource and organizational performance in hotels in Yenagoa, Bayelsa. The study adopts used of descriptive research design approach because of the nature of the investigation which is to examine the opinion and perception of employee. The study population consist of fifty (50) employees of the three star hotel in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. The instrument for data collection used for this study was the close-ended questionnaire. The data collected were using descriptive and inferential statistics with the support of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The result shows that a positive significant relationship between quality management training and organizational performance, there is a positive significant relationship between quality standard and organizational performance and there is a positive significant relationship between </em><em>human resource and organizational both in three star hotels in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state. It was concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between quality management and organizational performance in hotels in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state. This paper's particular goals were to ascertain interplay among business size and profitability and the timeliness of financial reporting. This study utilised an ex-post facto design as its research methodology. The thirteen (13) listed industrial products businesses in the Nigerian Exchange Group comprised the study's population and sample sizes. The results of the research, which were based on the yearly financial reports of the firms involved and data analysed using multiple regression analysis with the use of Stata output, showed that although profitability has no outcome on the promptness of financial disclosure, size has a considerable impact. The researcher made use of Burns's Transformational and Transactional theory of leadership, Edgar Schein's theory, and Denison's Model of Organizational Culture as its theoretical framework for this research work. This study ascertains the leadership styles of managers and supervisors in the organizational culture of Cebu Asiana Logistics Inc. A significant contribution to understanding this concept of leadership styles is the transformational leadership theory of McGregor Burns which has captured the interest of many researchers in the field of organizational leadership over the past three decades. This theory as cited by Purwanto, A. et al. (2020) in their study on the Effect of Transformational and Transactional Leadership Style on Public Health Centre Performance, was developed in the late 20th century by Burns (1978) in his investigation of political leaders. Most of the managers in Cebu Asiana Logistics Inc., are 41 to 45 years old.&nbsp; And the majority are males with bachelor’s degree holders. They had been with the company for 1 to 5 years of service, and most of them attended seminars in the Maritime Industry Authority and Philippine Ports Authority; Supervisor respondents are mostly belonging to the age bracket of 46 to 50 years; are males and bachelor’s degree holders. In terms of length of service, they have been working in the company for 1 to 5 years and have attended seminars from the Philippine Ports Authority. Personnel respondents are ages 26 to 30 years old; Majority of them are males, and are bachelor’s degree holders; They are also working in the company for 1 to 5 years.&nbsp; Based on the significant findings and conclusions of this research, the following recommendations are offered. 1. Managers and supervisors should pursue graduate education and should be given incentives by the company. 2. Sanchez, Daisy S.Gabule, LPT,CFMS marudlit@gmail.com <p><em>This descriptive-correlational study aimed to determine the level of self-efficacy and saving behavior among students in a local college. The study involved 318 respondents who were selected via random sampling. Survey forms on self-efficacy and saving behavior were willingly answered by the students. The results of the study found that the self-efficacy of the students in terms of generality, magnitude, and strength has a descriptive equivalent of high. It also revealed that the level of saving behavior of the students has a descriptive equivalent of high, which includes the saving aims, saving consistency, and saving attitude.
