In this way, due to the right to intellectual property, it is protected and people are excited and eager to discover and innovate. The purpose of the paper is to throw light on the right of intellectual property and to provide necessary information on this subject. However, in this first we will try to define the right to intellectual property and we will also try to understand the Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Rights in today’s present society as well as mainly focus on the patent act 1970.
